Studying in class

STUDYING: I've noticed some PBs are not studying for tests. Science and especially social studies will be tested heavily from now on. I will reduce the amount of homework I assign so that there is time for study. It will be very difficult to get decent grades for the remainder of the year unless one studies.

Please don't hesitate to call me any evening if you'd like specific advice about improving your child's study habits. Tallahassee reminder: The second Tallahassee field trip payment is due on Friday, February 20th. The payment is $55 per student and $40 per chaperone. If money is problem, that's cool...we can work something out. Just make sure I am reminded that you want your child to go - we use payments to keep track of who is going.

Valentines: Nobody has to participate in our February 14th PB Valentines exchange, but those who do must have a card for each student. A list of names comes home with Monday's printed Weekly. At this writing, we have 19 students.
